Vicki knows farming from the inside out. After marrying a dairy farmer, she spent more than two decades living and working on the land, getting to know the ups and downs of farm life first-hand. That experience gave her a real appreciation for the challenges farmers face every day – and it’s what drives her to support them now.
Over the years, Vicki has built up a strong mix of on-farm and professional experience. She’s worked with Farm Safe to improve safety on-farm, advised and trained people through Primary ITO, managed relationships at Livestock Improvement, and most recently spent eight years with Fonterra.
These days, Vicki brings together her practical knowledge and industry know-how to help farmers cut through the paperwork and stay on top of compliance, so they can focus on what matters most – running their farms with confidence.
