Our relationship with you is important to us, so we’ve taken care to ensure that our Terms of Trade are fair and clearly understood.
Fees for Ag Compliance Solutions Limited are based on a number of considerations. These considerations include, but are not limited to, the consultant and administration time spent on the job, its complexity, urgency and responsibility involved.
In the opinion of Ag Compliance Solutions Limited, our fees will be what we consider fair and reasonable for the work we do with you.
Our fees will also be based on individual Dairy Supply numbers.

These terms and conditions state this is an annual contract. There is a set-up fee of $250 plus GST, charged after initial visit, then the annual fee is $1800.00 plus GST. The annual fee will be spread over 12 months for the 24/25 season. Each season’s instalment will commence 01 June to align with the monthly questionnaire and final monthly instalment to be paid by 20th May each year.
If you engage Ag Compliance Solutions, solely to complete your current seasons – Farm Dairy Records, as well as the preparation of Fonterra’s Co-op Difference and Market Claims section of your Farm Dairy Assessment with QCONZ, there will be a $400.00 plus GST fee charged.
All accounts must be paid by the due date on the invoice.
Should you have difficulty paying the account on time or concerns about the account, please raise these with Vicki immediately on 027 492 0987.
If payment is not made, you will be given 10 working days from the date that the invoice is due to correct. After this time the debt maybe passed onto a debt collector and any costs that arise with this process will be passed on to you.
Account may be paid by direct credit (Via internet banking).
Due to the importance of deadlines for submitting annual Farm Dairy Records and Farm Dairy Assessments, Ag Compliance Solutions Limited will not be held responsible or liable for any penalties associated with late submission of these data sets.
Should the information you provide to Ag Compliance Solutions Limited not be true and correct, Ag Compliance Solutions Limited will not be held responsible or liable for any fines or penalties associated with this incorrect data.
This contract is in conjunction with your Co-Operation Difference and Market Claims verification section of your annual shed inspection, Ag Compliance Solutions will not be held responsible for the actual inspection of the Dairy shed and surrounding areas.
Should any advice or opinions be required verbally and or/written, then it will be subjected to these disclaimers. We are not experts on sustainability, legal or financial matters. Any opinion or advice issued by us should be interpreted and understood as only a personal view, and any sustainability, legal or financial advice should be confirmed by the appropriate professional.

If the engagement is terminated, you agree to pay us all outstanding annual fees for the work we have done, and any expenses incurred up to the date of termination (with negotiation). Any extended overdue debt, at our discretion will be handed over to deb collection services and any expenses related to debt collection will be paid by you.
You agree to indemnify and hold Ag Compliance Solutions Limited and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Ag Compliance Solutions Limited arising directly or indirectly out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of our services and reports.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of New Zealand and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
